Jobs that fit how you work
Tell Alex the kinds of work you would rather keep light and the accommodations you use, need or would like to try. Alex lists every job title it knows in the Indianapolis area that fits, with the setup that makes each one work. It never narrows your options anywhere else in Alex, and it never tells you what you cannot do.
1. Work you would rather keep light
Pick any that apply. No diagnosis and no labels; your call alone. "Light" means lighter than in most jobs.
Jobs where many people work those hours move up your list, and say so. Nothing is taken off. Based on what people in each job report about their usual week (O*NET).
2. Accommodations you use or need
Check anything you already use, need, or would like to try. Each one tells Alex that kind of work matters to how you work, and every one you check goes on your ask-for list below. Most cost an employer nothing.
3. Job titles that fit
Your ask-for list
The words to use, for the accommodations you checked. You choose what to share and when; you never have to disclose a disability to apply, and you can ask for accommodations after an offer.

How fit works: each job is compared with all other jobs on eleven kinds of work, from O*NET's ratings of what the job asks. A great fit is lighter than most jobs on everything you told us matters. Great with your setup means the heavier parts are typical of most jobs and something on your own list covers them. Good with your setup means an accommodation helps: one Alex suggests you ask about, or a strong one for work that is heavier than most. This is a starting point for a conversation, not a judgment of what you can do, and no job is ever shown as a poor fit. This is general information, not legal advice.
